About Me
Country Critters was opened in the spring of 2011 by Kristiana Clough. She wanted to create a place where pets and their owners would love to visit for quality affordable pet grooming.
In 1999 Kristiana attended the Petco Grooming School located in Oakdale, MN. Here she was extensively trained in the art of pet styling. After completing her training and apprenticeship, Kristiana received her Certificate of Professional Pet Grooming in 2001.
Following her training Kristiana worked as a salon manager for several large salons in the Twin Cities area.
After moving to Oak Grove in 2002 Kristiana opened Country Critters Pet Grooming out of her home.
In 2010 Kristiana decided it was time to move the shop to a larger location where she could continue to provide outstanding grooming services and add a few new features like the boutique and Do-It-Yourself tub.
Kristiana is a member of the National Dog Groomers Association and continues training in the latest styles and techniques.
Kristiana lives in Oak Grove with her husband and two boys and a house full of pets.
